On a whim I decided to create some crazy faces. Enjoy!
Art on 30th’s new show this month is “Red Velvet” and my work has been accepted! I created a bowl, teacup and saucer out of repurposed, tie-dyed coffee filters which were coated with resin. The gallery reception will be held Saturday, February 13th, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Didn’t Make the Cut But There’s More
Well, “Pause” didn’t make the exhibition for the “At Midnight” show at the Ashton Gallery. But, I’m sure there is a place for it in the future.
In the meantime, I have had fun making some very colorful masks! I have posted the link below for the YouTube video. Kinda have to hunt for the pattern but it’s there. Enjoy!
I have entered a new painting for a new show called “At Midnight” for Art on 30th (Ashton Gallery). The title of my submission is “Pause”. The results of the submissions will be announced on 28 September 2020. The opening reception is Halloween, 31 October! It runs until 28 November. Wish me luck!

In August 2020 this painting received one of the top seven out of 37 awards and commendations from 950 entries in the Robert Burridge Studio “Petting Zoo” virtual show judged by Linda Kemp. Grommit is my bed buddy!
The Robert Burridge Studio has sponsored an artwork competition named “Petting Zoo”. The judging will take place 1 August 2020. This is my entry, “Grommit”. He’s my “bed buddy” and always with me.
