Terms and Conditions


The customer will be solely responsible for any state, local, or federal sales, use, VAT, excise, import fees or other taxes. Such taxes will be added to the final price. The purchase price is due prior to shipment.


We warrant that the artwork is original. Identical images published using different types of media, e.g. printed material, image on a website etc. may have different parameters, including, but not limited to color, brightness, lightness, hue, and therefore may look slightly different. Therefore, Lorraine Page Fine Art is not responsible for any variance in images.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail, with a 2-3 day delivery.  USPS can ship to PO Boxes and residential addresses. Please be sure to include your entire address, including apartment number, street, highway, etc. Make sure that the Post Office is able to deliver to your address.

For expedited orders, FedEx will be used and your credit card will be charged accordingly. You will receive a tracking number at the time of shipping.

Original Artwork Return Policy

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.

If you receive artwork you have purchased from Lorraine Page Fine Art and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

Seven (7) days to contact us by email: Lorraine.page@cox.net or by phone: (760) 533-9848 about your intent to return the work

Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.  You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions may apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.) If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at (760) 533-9848 or email: lorraine.page@cox.net as soon as possible.

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at Lorraine.page@cox.net to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.  Please contact us for advice if needed.

Step 3 – Email Lorraine.page@cox.net for notification of shipping to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Lorraine Page Fine Art will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any).

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email lorraine.page@cox.net to give your order information.
Step 2 – Save original packaging!
Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to lorraine.page@cox.net
Step 4 –  Lorraine Page Fine Art will contact you to discuss next steps.


Each photograph and the content on the Lorraine Page Fine Art website is legally protected by U.S. & International copyright laws and may NOT be copied and used for reproduction in ANY manner without the explicit written authorization of Lorraine Page.  Unauthorized duplication or usage is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted.

Privacy Policy

The Lorraine Page Fine Art studio respects the privacy of all customers. No personal information about my customers will be shared with any third party with the exception of information provided to shipping carriers to deliver products ordered.
